FEES and paymentS
Care Love Learn operates a simple booking policy; we ask that parents/carers complete a booking form and state the sessions you require.
Please note: once you have booked sessions you are expected to pay for them even if your child does not attend, unless the school is closed, and all fees must be paid for in advance. If the school closes for an emergency 50% of fees are still due. Unfortunately this is because our outgoings remain the same whether we are open or closed, and therefore this loss of income could affect the club’s sustainability long term.
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to make alterations to your bookings, please let us know of any changes at the earliest opportunity so that we can change your sessions (although we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the sessions if we are already full we will endeavour to do our best).

Please note: we will require one month’s notice to cancel your child’s place. Nursery Charges apply during School Holidays for children up to Reception Age.
Government Funding
We offer 15 and 30 hour government-funded places that can be used during term time, stretched across 51 weeks, or banked for additional sessions and holiday club sessions (subject to availability).
When hours are stretched, 30 funded hours equate to 22.5 hours per week, and 15 funded hours equate to 11.2 hours per week.
Our full-day sessions run from 7:30am to 6:00pm, with funded hours available for up to 10 hours per day. Only hours attended over and above the funded hours will be charged.
Meals are available at the rates listed above, but these are optional-children may bring a packed lunch if preferred.

We will offer discounted rates for bookings for breakfast, afterschool and holiday clubs and if there are two or more siblings attending at the same time.

Cash / Childcare vouchers
If you wish to pay by vouchers you will require our login details for the voucher company to make your payment.
All fees must be paid in advance so unless you pay by cash all fee payments must be cleared before your child starts.
