Fees, Payments and Registration
Care Love Learn operates a simple booking policy, we ask that parents/carers complete a booking form and states the sessions you require. A deposit of £50 is required to secure the place, this will be deducted from your final bill, but is non-refundable should you change your mind once the place has been secured.
Please note: once you have booked sessions you are expected to pay for them even if your child does not attend, unless the school is closed, and all fees must be paid for in advance. If the school closes for an emergency 50% of fees are still due. Unfortunately this is because our outgoings remain the same whether we are open or closed, and therefore this loss of income could affect the club’s sustainability long term.
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to make alterations to your bookings, please let us know of any changes at the earliest opportunity so that we can change your sessions (although we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the sessions if we are already full we will endeavour to do our best).

We will offer discounted rates for full time bookings for breakfast, afterschool and holiday clubs and if there are two or more children attending at the same time.
Payment Methods
We prefer all payments to be made by standing order or BACS but will accept:
Cash and childcare vouchers
If you wish to pay by vouchers we will require the details of the voucher company so that we can register with them straight away.
All fees must be paid in advance so unless you pay by cash all fee payments must be cleared before your child starts.
We may be able to offer more information about how to get help for your childcare payments, please ask a member of staff and we will try to help you.
If your child has an additional need and accesses extra support in school we may be able to help reduce your childcare costs to allow you to continue to work or attend training to help you get back into work. Please ask a member of staff for more details.
We will require 14 days’ notice in writing to cancel your child’s place
