Our nursery in Tarleton has a strong team of highly qualified, motivated Nursery Practitioners who will develop secure relationships with you and your child.
Each child is assigned a Key Worker. It is their role to develop close bonds with your child, share information, observe and track your child’s development to ensure individual needs are met.
We have a robust staff development and appraisal programme to ensure the team is up to date with current developments and qualifications. All staff are First Aid qualified, hold a food hygiene certificate and receive regular Safeguarding training.
All our team have enhanced DBS checks and have level 2 safe guarding, paediatric first aid and level 2 food and hygiene.

Hi I’m Aimee, I am the manager here at Tarleton day nursery. I am level 3 qualified and I have lots of experience in working with children and families. I adore being a part of children’s journeys at nursery and I aim to create a fun, learning environment. I am the DSL at nursery alongside Rachael.

Hi, I am Hollie and I am the deputy manager here in our lovely nursery. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and currently working towards my level 5 qualification. I have always had a passion to work with children and enjoy getting stuck in with all the messy, fun activities. I have worked with all ages from 3 months to 5 years. I have a lot of SEN training and EAL. I am paediatric first aid trained. I will give everything I can to enable the children to reach their milestones. In my free time I love to watch musicals and spend time with my friends and family.

Hello, my name is Megan, and I am the early years teacher and Baby room leader. I am a qualified teacher, and I have spent my career teaching mostly within the EYFS and KS1. I am very passionate about outdoor learning and nature-based play and I cannot wait to incorporate more of this into our curriculum. I live with my Husband and 3-year-old daughter and we have two dogs. I love spending time with them, long walks, camping trips and having lots of adventures.

Hi. I am Mandy I am Level 2 qualified in childcare and have worked within a nursery setting for over 5 years. Working with preschool age I have previously been a registered child minder in my own home for 8 years. I have 4 children, a dog, 2 cats and 2 rabbits so I have a very busy home. When away from work I enjoy going for long walks with my children and dog, going to the cinema and out for meals with friends and family.
